Shell Testing
• Water Pressure test: 1.5×Pressure Rating
• The valve parts including body, left body and extension bonnet are hydraulically tested by 1.5 time rated hydrostatic pressure.

Cleaning, Assembly and Testing
All the cryogenic ball valves are assembled and 100% tested
in the clean atmosphere, firstly at room temperature according
to API 598 and then at -196°C to conform BS6364.
After testing, the valves must be totally cleaned, dried and visually inspected.
Then, the valve ends are sealed by using polythene bag and the valves are well packed for delivery.
